Sights and sounds from the 2013 Bonnaroo Silent Disco

Before Silent Events hits the road again, we would like to thank Bonnaroo and everyone who helps make the festival’s Silent Disco the party that it is – the amazing DJs, the raucous crowds, and the tremendous volunteers – for creating yet another outstanding year for the Silent Disco. This was the eighth straight year that we have been a part of this event and it just keeps getting better every time we do it. Thank you!

The great thing about Bonnaroo coming to a close each year is that pictures and videos start spreading like wildfire. As always, we invite those who attended the Silent Disco to share with us what they captured through either our Twitter account or our Facebook page.

In the meantime, we’d like to share some of what we have found over the last week.

Nashville’s daily newspaper The Tennesseean does a great job year to year capturing the sights and sounds of Bonnaroo. Among the images the publication caught on Night 2 of this year’s festival are a few from the Friday night Silent Disco.

Twitter user @Emilieus shared this picture she snapped of DJ Jazzy Jeff doing his thing at the tables during the first night’s Silent Disco.

And speaking of DJ Jazzy Jeff, he left no doubt as to what he thought about his first Bonnaroo Silent Disco experience.

 

Our friend DJ Logic also got into the social media act Tweeting a picture from his spot behind the tables.

 

Vacationer helped kick the whole thing off with a DJ set Thursday afternoon and shared this Vine of the crowd heating things up early.
